We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Support Specialist - Gas Products to join Rinnai in a full-time capacity, based at our Wetherill Park site.

Reporting directly to the Field Support Unit Manager, your primary duties will include:

  • Providing onsite technical/field support as required to support our contractor network
  • Resolving escalated product related faults, installation issues, service, or customer satisfaction enquiries
  • Completing workshop product investigations as required
  • Providing technical assessments for after sales support.
  • Ensuring Zone Contractor competence and quality requirements are met
  • Conducting local investigations of product incidents under the direction of the Field Support Unit and Field Quality Managers
  • Working with all stakeholders to drive the Company's Customer First philosophy

To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate:

  • A current trade qualification and licensing in plumbing, gas fitting and ideally refrigeration; and electrical connect/disconnect
  • Practical and theoretical background relating to the functions, operation, installation, servicing and repair of relevant gas, hot water, electrical and/or refrigeration appliances.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant regulations including plumbing, gas, and/or refrig product installation
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong planning, organisation and prioritisation capabilities
