Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Field Services Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing front-line support for automated systems, ensuring they operate at peak performance levels.

This is a challenging role that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Interacting effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Performing varied technical duties involving the use of procedures and tools, including remedial and preventative maintenance of customer equipment and assets
  • Applying specialized technical knowledge to problem-solve difficult or complex situations
  • Maintaining service records or reports according to company procedures
  • Resolving complex/critical failure situations

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • BASIC ELECTRONICS TRAINING
  • A GENERAL INDUCTION CARD FOR WORKPLACE HEALTH AND SAFETY
  • A RAIL INDUCTION WORKER (RIW) CARD FOR FIXED ASSET WORKERS ONLY
  • A DRIVER'S LICENSE
