About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Officer to join our Influencer Marketing team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our influencer marketing campaigns, including supplier setup, influencer payments, and campaign set up and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the setup of new suppliers in the financial system.
  • Process and track payments to influencers in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prepare Campaign Estimates in the financial system for each campaign and reconcile the costs against these.
  • Lead and manage a team of 2 Influencer Marketing Finance Coordinators.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within the influencer/ media/ marketing industry.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
