Business Development Account Manager

Seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing high-value customers and driving long-term relationships.
About the Role- You will proactively engage with customers to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive growth.
- Education of employees about employee benefits, including novated leasing, through various online and offline tools such as webinars, presentations, on-site customer visits, expos, and other employee-facing events.
- Meet individual and team targets, aiming for a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the B2B Sales Team and the Employer to design and implement a successful go-to-market strategy.
- Manage key accounts while ensuring customer advocacy and growth.
- Work closely with the Relationship Management, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure product adoption and lead generation.
- Meet KPI targets on an ongoing basis.
- E nsure compliance and consistent application of policies, guidelines, procedures, and legislation.
- Demonstrate team values, maintain an optimistic view, and actively participate in team/business meetings and events.
- Experience in Novated Leasing, Salary Packaging, SAAS Account Management, Employee Benefits, or consumer finance Sales and/or Relationship/Account Management positions.
- Tertiary qualifications are preferred but not essential.
- Proven strong sales and presentation skills.
- Able to build rapport quickly and engage with all types of prospective customers.
- High-level verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage sales pipelines and high numbers of lead enquiries.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to team environments.
- Competent in using Microsoft suite of products.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic Sales team environment.
- Possess a high level of resilience and adaptability to change.
- Able to work effectively in a busy, fast-paced sales environment with a passion for selling.
