About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Business Development Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through new business development and existing account management.

Your Responsibilities

  • New Business Development

  • Bid for new opportunities across various industries

  • Existing Account Management

  • Nurture and develop strong relationships with existing clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3-5 years of experience

  • In SaaS account management or a similar client-facing role

  • Strong Communication Skills

  • The ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels

  • Creative Problem-Solving

  • Able to work effectively under pressure and think critically
