About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance and Operations Coordinator to join our passionate team at T2 Tea.

This role is responsible for ensuring that all T2 controlled facilities meet agreed health, safety, and operational standards. The successful candidate will optimize the shopping and working environment for customers, visitors, and T2 teams, while also ensuring accurate recording, monitoring, and fulfillment of property-related lease requirements globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Leasing Manager in completing lease administration requirements for new stores, temporary pop-ups, temporary kiosks, renewals, store relocations, closures, and other new store formats.
  • Maintaining T2 controlled facilities to agreed health, safety, and operational standards.
  • Ensuring T2 locations comply with legal requirements.
  • Evaluating contractors and suppliers to ensure they meet required standards.
