Facilities Coordinator Role Summary
CBRE is seeking a skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Dandenong, VIC. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for managing multiple functions of building operations and maintenance for one of our client sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong relationships with personnel and external service providers to deliver services that meet our client's needs.
- Assist in preparing, monitoring, and updating the Annual Opex and Capex programme and budgets in conjunction with the client and team members.
- Coordinate general maintenance requests and ensure all work orders are completed within agreed SLA's.
- Manage contractor site inductions and collate monthly & quarterly reports.
- Provide assistance to colleagues during busy periods or relief during holiday breaks or sick leave.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to comprehend and interpret instructions.
- Technical background in a trade or facilities is preferred.
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and SharePoint skills.
