About the Role

As a Caseworker, you will be part of a team working across the child protection spectrum from family preservation to adoption.

A typical day could include visiting children, young people and carers in their homes, supporting collaboration with diverse teams, documenting goals and milestones, and helping achieve permanency for children and young people.

About You

To succeed in this role, you need to be resilient, dedicated and passionate about making a difference in a young person's life. A strong team player with excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills is essential.

You should have a degree in Social Work or Psychology, or equivalent, and a commitment to the safety of children, young people and people with a disability. You must also have a current driver's licence and be willing to undergo a National Police Clearance and obtain a Working with Children Check clearance number.
