About the Role:
- This role is a valuable addition to our existing administration division.
- The client support specialist will be an important first point of contact for clients with complex legal and non-legal issues.
The client support specialist will provide a range of clerical and legal administrative support to our legal teams to deliver best outcomes for clients. You will engage effectively with clients and legal staff across a range of interactions, including reception duties, phone enquiries, and legal administrative tasks.
You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment as a collaborative team player, consistently delivering high-quality support services with professionalism and reliability. Your strong communication skills enable you to proactively approach client service and demonstrate confidence in managing competing priorities.
Your solid administrative background and proficiency in using a variety of technologies to support daily operations ensure accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of your work.
