Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Technical Support organization, you will be responsible for resolving challenging technical issues and providing technical guidance to our customers.

About the Role:

This is a customer-facing role that requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a collaborative environment. You will be responsible for owning and resolving technical cases, developing subject matter expertise, and collaborating with other team members in various technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and resolve challenging technical issues for our partners and customers
  • Develop subject matter expertise and collaborate with other team members in various technologies
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers
  • Work in a collaborative environment and contribute to the growth and success of our team
Requirements:
  • 2-4+ years of customer-facing technical support experience
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot difficult technical issues
  • Experience working with dynamic HTML components, Java, and similar backend programming languages
  • Good understanding of ITSM practices, including incident, problem, and change management
