We are seeking an experienced and proactive Sales & Marketing Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic team at Gough Recruitment AU on the Lower North Shore.

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity will see you taking on a variety of tasks including managing and coordinating all marketing campaigns, booking photography, updating brochures and sign boards, ordering and sending out invoices with marketing schedules, congratulating vendors and buyers, processing management agreements, lead campaigns, updating the CRM, completing data entry, report preparation, market research and comparable, upholding professional standards, maintaining a presentable office environment, and providing professional communication to clients and a positive end-to-end experience.

About You:

We are looking for someone with previous experience in real estate administration, high-level organisational skills, strong attention to detail, ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities, focused, proactive and motivated personality, strong work ethic and positive outlook, high level problem-solving and time management skills, tech-savvy mindset and comfort with new technologies, strong computer skill set, ability to demonstrate exceptional follow-up, punctual, and forward-thinking.

The Package:

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $90,000 per annum, plus superannuation, company car, and a supportive team environment. Our agency is headed by a Director that is friendly and approachable, and we are committed to up-to-date training and development.
