Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales administration
  • Liaising with vendors, buyers, and solicitors
  • Coordinating photo shoots, floor plans, marketing material & agent branding
  • Preparing proposals, presentations, and auctions
  • Managing exchanges & settlements
  • Meeting clients, attending meetings & functions
  • Supporting the Director with ad hoc administration duties
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in sales administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Word/Outlook & computer skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Strong administration and communication skills
  • Certificate of Registration or willingness to obtain
