Job Description:

This is a prime opportunity for an experienced Lease Administrator to join a leading Australian real estate corporation. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for initiating and managing new leases, renewals, and lease terminations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with the Lease Administration team to ensure leasing procedures and information are accurately entered into the system.
  • Gaining a thorough understanding of the lease process, ensuring accurate verification of critical dates including lease and rent commencements.
  • Analysing monthly rent and additional charges to ensure accurate invoicing to tenants.
  • Verifying the correct allocation of invoice expenses against specific properties and general ledger (GL) codes.
  • Providing timely reports as required by management.
  • Driving process improvements to optimise task execution and information flow to teams.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional with at least 2-3 years' experience working in lease administration from another property firm. You should possess exceptional communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong ability to work collaboratively in a driven team environment.
