The Maintenance team are responsible for providing support and customer service across production and maintenance departments.

This role is a key driver for identifying and delivering change initiatives/solutions, and is responsible for facilitating sustainable improvements that ensure supply chain objectives are achieved.

Lead a team to deliver business performance while complying with policies, procedures, systems, and standards.

Coordinate daily workloads, prioritize tasks, and ensure the team meets operational goals.

Ensure cost efficiency while maintaining high standards of equipment reliability.

WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE ENTAIL?

  • Oversee daily activities, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
  • Liaise with external contractors and equipment specialists to execute planned maintenance activities.
  • Identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Mechanical trade qualification
  • A-grade electrical license or demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Proven coaching and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment
