Our ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance and equipment management, with experience in the commercial hospitality industry.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to oversee store maintenance on assigned equipment and facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for utilising Mend Hub to process maintenance and equipment tickets.

  • Ensure assigned facilities and equipment are ready for regular business and special events.
  • Maintain files of warranties, records, licenses, inspections, service agreements, and contracts for various pieces of equipment.
  • Negotiate pricing for store maintenance and equipment.
  • Maintain the inventory, storage, and distribution of equipment.
  • Provide recommendations for purchases of new equipment.
  • Collaborate with other management staff to prepare and implement budgets.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ Years experience as a maintenance or equipment manager in the commercial hospitality industry.
  • Critical thinking and initiative.
  • High level spoken and digital communication skills.
  • A great understanding of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Highly organisational skills.
  • Strong professional work ethics.
