Job Overview

As a skilled Field Service Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing turf maintenance equipment. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the efficient operation of our clients' machines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage service priorities and schedules to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
  • Maintain fleet vehicle safety, cleanliness, and resources to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Perform mechanical tasks for turf maintenance equipment repair and maintenance, utilizing your technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Establish and maintain relevant service information, including manuals and documentation.
  • Provide product training to clients as required, ensuring they are equipped to operate their equipment effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to drive ongoing financial growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in regular internal product training to stay up-to-date with the latest OEM standards.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with mobile equipment maintenance and repair, with a focus on turf maintenance equipment.
  • Proficiency in using test and diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality.
  • Australian Motor Vehicle License, with a good driving record.
