Responsibilities:

  • Identify inefficiencies in current processes and propose solutions to improve productivity.
  • Support the development of the overall strategic roadmap for the Operations department.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to own and drive a cohesive customer experience for new products and iterative changes to SKUs.
  • Analyze customer, operational, and financial data to identify trends and provide insights.
  • Lead and mentor direct reports to ensure high engagement and continuous skill development.
  • Partner with operations peers on complex projects to achieve business objectives.
