Customer Service Representative



Description:

We are seeking an individual who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and has a strong understanding of nutritional products. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, making outbound sales calls, and finding solutions to customer inquiries.

The ideal candidate will have a Natural Medicine qualification and excellent communication skills. They will also be computer literate, with experience using Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems.

The role involves several key responsibilities, including:

  • Making outgoing sales calls to practitioners and retail customers to detail new products and promotions.
  • Verifying customer account details, address, and alternate shipping address.
  • Responding to customer queries through investigation relating to status of orders, pricing, returns, credits, and technical advice related to products and website usage.
  • Providing sales reps with required support and logging details of all calls, issues, and customer interactions in CRM.
  • Communicating with primary couriers to track and coordinate shipments.
  • Delivering virtual product trainings with practitioners and retailers.
