Health Access and Cultural Diversity Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our Health Access and Cultural Diversity team. This role will be responsible for coordinating planning, development, and implementation of partnership initiatives and strategies that improve access to health services and outcomes for refugee and priority migrant populations in Western Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the planning, development, and implementation of partnership initiatives and strategies that improve access to health services and outcomes for refugee and priority migrant populations in Western Sydney.
  • Lead and manage a dedicated team of professionals to achieve the goals of the role.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including community organizations, healthcare providers, and government agencies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as health science, social work, or cultural studies.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role in a healthcare or community organization.
  • Strong knowledge of multicultural health issues and experience working with diverse populations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds.
