Job Description:
The Inclusion, Diversity & Equity Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the Asia Pacific region's ID&E initiatives. This position involves supporting and executing the Firm's agreed ID&E strategy, focusing on metrics and policies in Australian offices.
This role collaborates closely with various Inclusion & Diversity Committees, local leadership, and business services teams to advance inclusion and diversity goals. Key elements of current ID&E priorities include gender equality, parents and carers, disability inclusion, mental health & wellbeing, mainstreaming flexibility, culture/ethnicity, and LGBTQ+ inclusion.
The ID&E Manager will report to the Senior Manager ID&E AP Region and work closely with colleagues across the Firm's network. Responsibilities include delivering ID&E initiatives in the region, supporting the ID&E global team in key projects, and implementing diversity awareness education programming.
