  • Implement policies that promote Gender Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, creating a more inclusive environment for all employees.
  • Lead the Athena SWAN Self-Assessment Team, ensuring we meet our goals and objectives.
Key Skills and Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in leading Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to deliver results under pressure.
  • Strong knowledge of developing practices in diversity and inclusion, with a focus on creating a positive work environment.
