About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Shape and amplify key initiatives while ensuring a unified employee experience.
  • Design and deliver holistic wellbeing programs and engagement initiatives.
  • Operate across diverse business units.
  • Manage stakeholders and influence at executive level.
  • Measure program impact through metrics and reporting.
Requirements
  • Deep expertise in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging as a specialist from within HR teams, responsible for D&I initiative management.
  • HR Generalists with significant experience in strategic and implementation of D&I programs.
  • A commercial mindset, coupled with passion for purpose-led leadership and cultural impact.
