The role of Manager, Diversity, Inclusion plays a pivotal part in shaping organisational culture by delivering wellbeing programs that cater to holistic needs.
About the RoleThis influential position is embedded within the People and Culture team, reporting directly to the Chief Officer. You will be working closely with senior leadership, cross-functional groups, and regional representatives across the globe.
Key Responsibilities- Shape and amplify key initiatives while ensuring a unified employee experience.
- Design and deliver holistic wellbeing programs and engagement initiatives.
- Operate across diverse business units.
- Manage stakeholders and influence at executive level.
- Measure program impact through metrics and reporting.
- Deep expertise in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging as a specialist from within HR teams, responsible for D&I initiative management.
- HR Generalists with significant experience in strategic and implementation of D&I programs.
- A commercial mindset, coupled with passion for purpose-led leadership and cultural impact.
