People and Culture LeaderWe are seeking a People and Culture Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to create a positive and inclusive work environment.Job Description:Role Overview:The People and Culture Leader will report to the Head of Corporate Services and will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of people and culture initiatives across the organisation.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement people and culture strategies that align with the organisation's goals and objectives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on people and culture matters.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organisational objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Cert IV in HR or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years demonstrated HR experience.
  • Solid experience providing generalist people, culture and diversity advice and guidance.
  • Well-developed project and change management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sound influencing, stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
  • Proven proactive and sophisticated approach to problem solving and critical decision making capability.
  • Ability to develop strong working relationships by building credibility, respect and rapport with colleagues and clients.
  • Resilient and able to work in a fast-paced and high-demand environment.
  • Knowledge of the Fair Work Act, SCHADS Award and related HR and industry legislation.
  • Cleared National Policy Check & Working with Children Check.
  • Eligible to work in Australia.
  • Valid NSW Driver's Licence.
