Job Title: Technical Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to staff via face-to-face, email, and phone communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive technical solutions to staff via multiple communication channels.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues to resolution or escalate as required, ensuring all actions are managed professionally and in line with business service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage and track helpdesk requests using IT service management tools, delivering support in line with agreed SLAs.
  • Deploy and configure software, hardware, and applications to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Deliver technical support for a range of applications, including Autodesk Suite and Adobe Suite.
  • Administer Windows environments to ensure stability and security.
  • Perform advanced administration of Microsoft 365 to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
About You:
  • A minimum of three years' experience in an IT support role within a corporate environment, with strong technical knowledge.
  • Solid understanding of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and commonly used business applications.
  • Experience with helpdesk/ticketing systems and remote support tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a customer-first mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
  • Strong teamwork and collaborative communication skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or related disciplines.
