
Sales and Technical Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a Sales and Support Representative to promote the sale, service, and aftermarket support of our drilling consumables.
This role involves supporting a diverse customer base including mines, quarries, and construction sites. You will focus on retaining existing business while identifying opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Working closely with sales managers and account managers to support customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborating with product support managers and technical specialists to address quality, delivery, and supply issues.
- Conducting regular site visits to deliver technical support, operator training, and product trials.
- Preparing monthly reports on business analysis, market activity, and stock forecasts.
- Assisting in developing pricing strategies, sales budgets, and business plans.
- Providing exceptional customer service by ensuring timely product delivery and offering value-driven solutions.
- Investigating and reporting on used product performance.
- Managing warranty claims and maintaining accurate financial oversight of customer accounts.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in drilling, preferably in surface and/or underground mining.
- A solid understanding of blast hole drilling tools and accessories is an advantage.
- Strong customer service focus and sales or account management experience within the mining industry.
- Ability to work independently and build relationships at all levels.
- Commercially astute and solutions-focused.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
