Job Title: Technical Solutions Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our engineering community, dedicated to working with global teams.
You will play a key role in modernising the HR ecosystem through strategic and secure use of cloud infrastructure and services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing technical leadership and mentorship for ServiceNow customer journey and user experience development
- Designing and developing scalable code features and functionality with a focus on performance and reliability
- Collaborating with data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to define and implement technical requirements
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation and conducting workshops and training sessions
Technical Requirements:
- Familiarity with modern Cloud technology stacks (ideally with certifications)
- ServiceNow Platform Skills including scripting using JavaScript and designing flows and journeys
- Experience with UI Builder, CI/CD Pipelines like Xtype, and building test scripts with Playwrite (optional)
- Modules: Custom Application, HRSD (preferred), HSW (Optional)
- Certifications: CSA, CAD (Optional), CIS-HRSD (Optional)
