As a key contributor to our organization, you will play a vital role in fostering inclusive environments and driving positive change.
**Job Description:**
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies that promote a culture of inclusivity throughout the organization.
**Key Responsibilities:*
- Develop a comprehensive DE&I strategy and framework that aligns with organizational goals and objectives
- Lead and manage multiple initiatives concurrently, ensuring successful execution and delivery
- Design and implement initiatives across diverse population groups, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders, people who are culturally, linguistically & abilities diverse, LGBTIQA+ etc.
- Develop and implement the Learning and development Journey Map for diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in a similar hands-on DE&I role, preferably in a global or multinational organization
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Proficient in data analysis and able to derive insights from quantitative and qualitative data
