**About Them**

A great opportunity exists for a passionate HR Advisor to join this highly regarded Australian owned construction business who focuses on restoration and reinstatement insurance building, partnering with all of the leading Insurance brands.

**About the Role**

Reporting to the Head of People & Safety, as the HR Advisor you will be able to sink your teeth into a broad generalist remit including:

- Recruitment
- Training and Development
- Compensation and Benefits
- Employee Relations - full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
- Performance Management
- Diversity and Inclusion
- Policy development

This is a 2 year Fixed Term Contract with a healthy pipeline of HR projects to support.

**About You**

This role would be ideal for a degree qualified HR Advisor who is looking for a step up in their career and get exposure to the full gamut of HR.

Working alongside a supportive Head of People & Safety who encourages his team to put their hand up and truly get involved with everything, this is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Advisor to build your HR skillset.
