**About the Role**:
Reporting into the APAC HR Director on a 6 month contract. You will play a pivotal role within the organisation and will be responsible for:
- Provide strategic direction and partnership with key stakeholders throughout the company
- Establish metrics for measuring the effectiveness of diversity initiatives and events and report to Senior Leadership on progress
- Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with external organisations that align with Diversity goals
- Manage internal and external communications in regards to Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
- Collect DEI data and pull reports for the team
- Sending agenda plans and action plans for the Steerco.
**About You**:
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Experience in Diversity and inclusion is advantageous
- A confident persona, with the capability to effectively manage client expectations
- HR Coordinator/ Advisor experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A proactive approach & energetic style
