We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to play a key role in enhancing Aboriginal representation across our workforce.

  • As an Aboriginal Talent Programs Advisor, you will provide valuable insights and support to internal teams and stakeholders on matters related to Aboriginal employment and talent programs.
  • You will create pathways and career development opportunities for Aboriginal employees, develop innovative recruitment strategies, and advocate for Aboriginal employment initiatives.

**Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in delivering Aboriginal talent programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all levels.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate within diverse teams.

**What We're Looking For:**

The successful candidate must identify as a person of Aboriginal descent, present documentation identifying their family's Aboriginal descent, and be accepted by their local Aboriginal community as a person of Aboriginal descent.
