As a skilled Diversity and Inclusion Specialist, you will play a vital role in creating a more inclusive work environment. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact and drive organizational change.
About the RoleThis 6-month contract position reports directly to the APAC HR Director and offers a unique chance to contribute to diversity and inclusion initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in Diversity and Inclusion, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing expectations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic direction and partnership with key stakeholders throughout the organization
- Establish metrics for measuring the effectiveness of diversity initiatives and events, and report progress to Senior Leadership
- Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with external organizations that align with Diversity goals
- Manage internal and external communications regarding Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
- Collect DEI data and pull reports for the team
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A confident persona with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience as an HR Coordinator/Advisor or in a related field
- A proactive approach and energetic style
