Our goal is to recruit a dedicated leader for our team of 10 skilled therapists.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and be able to motivate the team towards achieving their goals. They will also be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Lead and motivate the team of 10 therapists

- Oversee the smooth operation of the spa

- Ensure sales and administration tasks are completed effectively

- Provide excellent customer service and support

**Requirements:**

- Minimum Diploma in Beauty Therapy (completed)

- Recent experience in a spa environment with confidence in massage and facial treatments

- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Computer literate (experience with Zenoti an advantage)
