The exclusive, luxurious L.M Spa at Lancemore Mansion Hotel is currently seeking an enthusiastic Spa Manager to join the team. Work in an oasis of calm complete with Hammam facilities and a magnesium mineral pool.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- An amazing and rare opportunity for an experienced, passionate and professional Spa professional to manage our team
- Lead a a team of spa therapists to perform massage, facials, body treatments, manicures, pedicures and waxing.
- Perform tasks associated with managing your staff including rostering, recruitment, performance management and engagement.
- Provide initial and ongoing training to spa therapists on the treatment menu, product knowledge and administration requirements.
- Support procedures to ensure guests receive the ultimate spa experience resulting in a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Monitor procedures to ensure staff maximize up-selling and retailing opportunities for every guest through personalised consultation and solution sales.
- Monitor treatments as required to remain up to date with the current spa menu and in touch with our guest needs.
- Participate in a flexible 7 day roster covering day/night/weekend shifts including public holidays
- Be an ambassador for the Hotel and the region

**ABOUT YOU**:

- A minimum of 2 years experience as a therapist in the industry
- Hold a Diploma of Beauty Therapy.
- Invest in the success and development of your staff.
- Excellent grooming and presentation skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to resolve guest complaints for a win-win outcome.
- A genuine, happy and optimistic person with a 'can do' attitude.
- A commitment to being the best they can be through continuous improvement and learning.
- Passionate about the Spa, Health and Well-being industry.
- You keep a cool head under pressure to get the job done
- Are motivated to deliver guest satisfaction through the quality of your work.
- Last, but certainly not least, they should be a great person to work with who is reliable, energetic, and wants a career in the Spa Industry.
