Job Overview

Nestled within a historic mansion hotel, our spa offers a tranquil oasis just 30 minutes from the city centre.

We are seeking an experienced Spa Manager to lead our dedicated team of therapists and ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest service.

This role involves overseeing daily spa operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and health and safety compliance.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in spa management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and develop their team.

About You
  • Diploma in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Demonstrated experience in a supervisory role in a spa or wellness environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in spa software and Microsoft Office Suite.
