Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced spa leader to join our team as Spa Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an optimal working environment where they lead, engage, and develop a high-performing team of therapists in-line with our values.

As the face of the spa, you will deliver exceptional customer service to build up your spa's client base and manage daily spa operations including optimising client bookings, inventory management, and maintaining spa presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Performance: Achieve spa budget and KPIs, forecast targets, and manage rostering.

Customer Service: Deliver exceptional levels of customer service to build up your spa's client base.

Team Management: Lead, engage, and develop a high-performing team of therapists in-line with our values.

Daily Operations: Manage daily spa operations including optimising client bookings, inventory management, and maintaining spa presentation standards.

Requirements

Strong Leadership Skills: Proven experience managing a team of therapists.

Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent personal presentation, communication skills, and time management skills.

Prior Experience: Previous spa management experience is highly desirable, along with a Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy and previous industry experience.

Flexibility: Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and have a flexible approach to work.
