A high-profile opportunity exists for a seasoned hospitality executive to lead the daily operations and performance of a large-scale hotel.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing complex hotel properties, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results in guest satisfaction, team development, and financial growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive operational excellence across all property functions, including multiple food and beverage outlets, conference and event spaces, front office, and other departments.
- Oversee the development and implementation of strategic plans to enhance guest experiences, increase revenue, and improve overall efficiency.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, performance reviews, and performance management processes to ensure a high-performing team.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with Sales, Revenue, and Marketing departments to drive business growth and success.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures, including key property, guest, and team member safety protocols.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing a 200+ room hotel operation, preferably at a 4* and above level.
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and external partners.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on designing and delivering high-level strategies across F&B, C&E, and accommodation.
- A leader experienced in special projects and new openings/redevelopments is highly desirable.
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to compile financial reports and manage day-to-day financial processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
