Hotel Operations Manager

About the Position:

The Hotel Operations Manager will oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day hotel operations to ensure efficient service delivery. Oversee guest check-ins/outs, food and beverage service, and event catering.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Ensure high guest satisfaction levels in all departments. Address guest concerns promptly and implement solutions to improve the guest experience.
  • Staff Management & Development: Lead and supervise teams across all departments. Provide training, set goals, conduct performance reviews, and create a positive work environment.
  • Financial Performance: Work with senior management to develop departmental budgets and track expenses. Implement strategies to control costs and maximize revenue.
  • Inventory & Resource Management: Oversee inventory management in all hotel departments. Optimize resource allocation to reduce waste and improve cost efficiency.
  • Collaborative Strategy: Work closely with senior management and other departments to align operational strategies and achieve revenue goals.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review key performance indicators (KPIs) for all departments and implement action plans to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in hotel management, with expertise in Front Office and Food & Beverage operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and improve performance.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Financial management experience, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Knowledge of hotel management software and operational best practices.
  • A degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
