Melbourne Apartment Hotel Operations Director

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hotel Operations Director to oversee the day-to-day activities of one of our apartment hotels in Melbourne, Victoria.
About the Role- Lead a team of dedicated employees to ensure exceptional customer service delivery
- Liaise with landlords and owners corporation on property issues
- Collaborate with corporate office to achieve business objectives
- Demonstrate expertise in hotel operations, particularly in the serviced apartment sector
The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader who can drive growth, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall guest experience. Proven knowledge of Strata Management and Owners Corporation matters is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee front desk management and minor maintenance to ensure seamless operations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve staff performance and productivity
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues
