Head of Partner Management

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our partner management efforts. This is a high-profile role that requires strong leadership and business acumen. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our partner network.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the built environment and its ecosystem, including system integrators, controls vendors, and smart building platform providers. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

As a leader, you will be responsible for driving cross-functional collaboration between sales, product management, technical support, and marketing teams to deliver joint solutions that meet client needs and drive business growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to grow the partner network
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including system integrators, controls vendors, and smart building platform providers
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration between sales, product management, technical support, and marketing teams
  • Develop and implement effective demand creation activities with consultants, end users, and influencers in the built environment
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in partner or channel management
  • Strong understanding of the built environment and its ecosystem
  • Proven ability to lead a team and build partnerships that scale
