**About the role**

As a **Partnership Manager you** will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with **TouchNet's** partners across **Australia, New Zealand, and the wider APAC region**. This role focuses on developing strategies to expand and optimise partnerships, enhancing TouchNet's product offerings and market presence. By fostering effective and sustainable collaborations, the Partnership Manager ensures these partnerships align with TouchNet's strategic objectives and deliver mutual value to all stakeholders.

**Your key responsibilities will be to**:

- Identify, engage, and secure strategic partnerships that enhance TouchNet's offerings and market presence in Australia and New Zealand;
- Build, nurture, and grow TouchNet's existing partner network to maximise opportunities for mutual success;
- Prospect for potential partners, evaluate collaboration opportunities, and create innovative proposals to unlock growth;
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align partnership initiatives with broader business objectives;
- Research and evaluate opportunities for new markets, business platforms, and strategic integrations;
- Partner with marketing to amplify offerings and collaborate with sales to drive adoption and revenue through partner-aligned initiatives;
- Work with product teams to ensure the seamless integration of new and ongoing partnership projects.

**To be successful in this role you will bring**:

- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field;
- Ideally, 5+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or a related role;
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills;
- Proven experience in building and managing partnerships that drive growth and achieve strategic objectives.

- Clearly define strategic goals and motivate teams and partners to collaborate toward a shared vision;

- Identify market opportunities, develop actionable plans, and drive initiatives with precision and focus;
- Consistently deliver exceptional outcomes by leading projects, meeting deadlines, and achieving measurable success;
- Confidently present ideas, negotiate terms effectively, and secure alignment with partners and key stakeholders.
