Cruise Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced Cruise Sales Executive to join our busy team in Adelaide. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for quoting and selling all manner of cruises and land arrangements to customers.
Responsibilities- Answering calls from direct customers and converting enquiries into sales
- Tailoring cruise and tour itineraries to meet customer needs
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure seamless travel experiences
- Working towards sales targets to earn uncapped commission
- Delivering exceptional customer service at all times
- At least two years' experience in the travel industry within a call centre or retail travel background
- Solid sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets
- Excellent knowledge of cruises and travel products
- Outstanding customer service skills and a friendly telephone manner
- Familiarity with GDS systems such as Sabre, Amadeus or Galileo
- $72,000 per annum + superannuation
- Uncapped commission with great earning potential
- A Monday-to-Friday work schedule with no late nights or weekends
