Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to drive growth.

Your primary goal will be to establish strong relationships with existing clients and leverage these connections to secure new business. You will also be tasked with building a robust pipeline of potential new clients through networking, cold calling, and other means of generating interest.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn them into increased business.
  • Cold call as appropriate within the market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging the business network.
  • Research and build relationships with new clients.
  • Set up meetings between client decision makers and the Managing Director.
  • Plan approaches and pitches.
  • Develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Participate in pricing the solution.
  • Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
  • Present an image that mirrors that of the client.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of sales or marketing experience.
