Key Responsibilities:- Prospect for potential new clients and turn these into increased business
- Cold call as appropriate within the market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging the business network
- Identify potential clients and decision-makers within the client organization
- Research and build relationships with new clients
- Set up meetings between client decision-makers and our Managing Director
- Plan approaches and pitches
- Develop proposals that speak to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives
- Participate in pricing the solution
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements, and working through differences to a positive conclusion
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of sales or marketing experience
- Good business sense
- Networking skills
- Persuasion skills
- Public speaking skills
- A deep understanding of marketing principles
- Good communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- Identification of customer needs and challenges
- Motivation for sales
- Prospecting skills
An attractive basic salary range of $100,000-$110,000 per annum + super is payable. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual looking to take your career to the next level, we encourage you to apply.
