Based in Adelaide, we have a unique opportunity for a Business Development Executive to join our team at Skilled Jobs Australia.

A successful Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving growth and expansion of our business through strategic sales and marketing initiatives. This includes identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, and negotiating and closing deals.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market trends and conditions, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. They will be a self-motivated and results-driven individual who can work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.

Key responsibilities of the Business Development Executive will include:

  • Prospecting for new business opportunities and turning them into increased revenue
  • Cold calling and networking to establish relationships with potential clients
  • Identifying and targeting high-value clients and decision-makers
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients to ensure long-term business growth
  • Negotiating and closing deals to meet business objectives

Requirements for the Business Development Executive position include:

  • A bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of sales or marketing experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • A deep understanding of market trends and conditions
  • Self-motivation and a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000-$110,000 per annum + super, as well as opportunities for career growth and development.
