The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Workplace Services Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the employee and end-user experience by delivering exceptional administrative and operational support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain the ABN Facilities inbox, responding to email and phone enquiries in a timely manner.
  • Assist with car park enquiries and coordinate internal client bookings.
  • Manage new staff induction processes, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Oversee stock and inventory management, ensuring accurate records and efficient distribution.
  • Manage mailroom operations, including outgoing and incoming mail distribution.
  • Coordinate courier services and assist with event setup for the Social Club and Marketing teams.
  • Monitor the cleanliness and presentation of our Leederville headquarters, maintaining a high standard of presentation.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, suppliers, and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good computer and administrative skills, with a high standard of personal presentation.
