Job Overview

The Workplace Services Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. This position is responsible for providing exceptional support to our team members and external visitors, while maintaining the integrity of our facilities and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage various platforms used to deliver high-quality services, including locker management, contractor management, and wayfinding.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of access control and CCTV systems, including the management of security passes for staff and contractors.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at the Workplace Concierge Desk, addressing queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Source and procure office supplies, equipment, and process invoices efficiently.
  • Coordinate and schedule planned preventative maintenance programs and ad-hoc works, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Maintain KPMG's cleaning standards across the base build and tenant cleaning scope through regular collaboration with our cleaning contractor.
  • Contribute to a safe and compliant work environment by conducting OH&S inspections/audits and coordinating the emergency warden and First Aid teams.
  • Collaborate with our Corporate Hospitality and Digital Collaboration teams to provide an exceptional experience for our internal and external clients.
  • Collect, open, sort, and deliver incoming mail and courier items.
  • Assist with digital printing jobs requested by the business.
  • Ensure all operational requests from customers are actioned and completed efficiently.

Requirements
  • Outstanding organisational skills, with a strong ability to prioritise competing demands.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in the commercial facilities environment (soft services).
  • A strong sense of accountability and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to customer service.
  • Experience in professional services will be highly advantageous.
