Job OverviewThe Workplace Services Coordinator is a vital role within our Perth Workplace team, responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office environment. This includes managing services such as building security, print & mail, workplace concierge, and general facilities-related tasks.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the resources necessary to maintain a positive experience for all internal and external visitors. This includes:

  • Maintaining various platforms used to provide a high level of service, such as locker management, contractor management, way finder/space utilisation
  • Ensuring the integrity of the access control and CCTV system, including management of security passes for staff and contractors
  • Delivering exceptional face-to-face service while working at the Workplace Concierge Desk
  • Responsible for sourcing and purchasing of office supplies, equipment and invoicing processing
  • Coordinating, scheduling and tracking planned preventative maintenance programs and ad hoc works
  • Maintaining KPMG's cleaning standards across the base build and tenant cleaning scope through regular iteration with cleaning contractors
  • Playing a key role in keeping the workplace safe and compliant by carrying out OH&S inspections/audits and coordinating the emergency warden and First aid teams
  • Working closely with our Corporate Hospitality and Digital Collaboration teams to provide an exceptional experience for our internal and external clients
  • Collecting, opening, sorting, and delivering incoming mail and courier items
  • Assisting with digital printing jobs requested by the business
  • Ensuring all operational requests from customers are actioned and completed efficiently
Requirements
  • Outstanding organisational skills, a strong ability to prioritise competing demands
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in the commercial facilities environment (soft services)
  • A strong sense of accountability and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
  • Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to customer service
  • Experience in professional services will be highly advantageous
