We are seeking a skilled Workers Compensation Lawyer to join our thriving Statutory Insurance practice based in Newcastle or Sydney office.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced lawyer to work with a highly regarded team. The successful candidate will have minimum of two years' post-admission experience in personal injury claims, specifically Workers' Compensation. This is a genuine growth role for the right candidate, offering clear career progression within a supportive environment.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with partners and other team members across Sydney and Newcastle offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in handling personal injury claims related to workers' compensation.
  • Conduct research and analysis on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to resolve cases efficiently.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' post-admission experience.
  • Proven track record in personal injury claims, specifically workers' compensation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
