We're seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to drive sales strategies and acquire new merchants.

As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in developing and executing plans to grow revenue and expand our customer base. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, build relationships, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new merchants and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate compelling commercial terms with prospective merchants.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust marketing and engagement strategies.
  • Build and foster internal relationships with Risk, Compliance, Pricing, and General Counsel teams.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B sales and business development.
  • Strong knowledge of or ability to learn the merchant and card payments business.
  • Proven track record of senior selling experience with complex solutions.
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship building, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate knowledge about products, services, and value proposition to prospects at C-Level executives.
