
Merchants Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to fill the role of Account Manager. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders, including merchants, advertisers, and publishers.

- Explain the benefits of our products and networks to merchants, agencies, and publishers;
- Compile and update reports to monitor progress on merchant programs;
- Support the review of merchant and publisher relationships and contribute to optimization strategies;
- Set up, monitor, and log merchant and publisher progress via internal systems and Excel reports;
- Analyze data and ensure seamless implementation and technical optimization of programs;
- Prepare and present quarterly business reviews and internal presentations;
- Maintain strong network quality standards by reviewing how publishers promote merchants;
- Negotiate and set up exclusive rates for partners;
- Identify and discover upsell opportunities by aligning current or potential product offerings with the goals of top-tier publishers and influencer programs;
- Provide support in resolving account issues proactively and expediently;
- Offer marketplace feedback and competitive intelligence to internal teams;
- Assist with publisher/influencer and merchant sponsorship flat fee placements;
This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. You should have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Proven track record of exceeding goals;
- Strong understanding of the advertising, affiliate, paid search, online publishing or media industry;
- Skills in relationship building and account management;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- BA/BS degree;
- Salesforce/Microsoft Office/Excel/PowerPoint skills;
